Laser therapy / laser acupuncture in Berlin-Frohnau
Laser is the abbreviation for “Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation”. It is understood to mean a light amplification through stimulated emission of rays and focusing through a lens. The light waves are characterized by the fact that they are temporally and spatially coherent, i.e. they have the same wavelength, amplitude and phase. The most effective range is a wavelength between 760 and 905 nm.
Laser therapy | Effects and application
Irradiation of disturbed tissue with intense infrared light not only causes warming, but also important non-thermal effects such as photochemical, photoelectric and photobiological reactions.
Effects of laser therapy:
- Pain relief
- Anti-inflammation
- Pressure reduction in the tissue (anti-oedema, decongestant)
- promotion of blood circulation
- stimulation of tissue repair
Laser Acupuncture
We perform laser acupuncture for particularly pain-sensitive patients and children. It enables a gentle yet effective treatment without the use of needles.
